I don't usually write reviews, but Zafran Food Truck truly deserves one. After trying food from so many Indian and Pakistani restaurants across the USA, I can confidently say this is the closest I've ever come to authentic Hyderabad flavors. The taste instantly reminded me of home. The biryani is, without a doubt, one of the best I've ever had. The rice is perfectly cooked, the spices are balanced, and every bite is full of authentic Hyderabadi flavor. It doesn't feel like "Americanized" biryani it tastes like real Hyderabad. And the shawarma... absolutely incredible! It's the best shawarma I've had in the USA. It took me right back to the shawarmas I used to eat in feel in Saudia. The flavor, seasoning, and overall experience are just spot on. The best way I can describe it is this: when I close my eyes while eating, I genuinely feel like I'm sitting in Hyderabad enjoying authentic biryani and shawarma from one of the city's best places. That's how real and nostalgic the taste is. If you're craving authentic Hyderabadi food or an amazing shawarma, don't think twice just visit Zafran Food Truck. You won't regret it. Highly recommended!

I had such a delicious experience with an Indian food truck recently! 🚚 The flavors were absolutely amazing, and I'm already craving more. A huge thank you to Mr. Sohail for the outstanding customer service he provided. It truly made the meal even more special. 😊 I highly recommend trying them out if you're looking for authentic Indian cuisine. It's a fantastic option for a quick and tasty meal. We were looking for dinner late at night when most places were closed, and thankfully Zafraan food truck was open until 2 AM. We tried the goat haleem, shawarma, and goat biryani every dish stood out and reminded us of Hyderabad. The haleem was especially amazing, and it’s great that they’re still serving it even after Ramazan. Great find!

Authentic Hyderabadi Flavors on Wheels!!! Tried this food truck serving authentic Hyderabadi cuisine made with 100% Zabiha Halal ingredients and it was a treat. We ordered the Zafrani Dum Hyderabadi Biryani (Chicken), Shahi Goat Biryani, Chicken 65, and their sizzling Irani Chai. The flavors were rich, bold, and truly reminded us of Hyderabad. The atmosphere was vibrant, and service was good despite the food truck setup. The only downside was the meat quantity in the biryani, which felt a bit low for the price. Still, it’s absolutely worth a try if you're looking for authentic Hyderabadi street-style food!
